Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 27 February 2018, in which ContourGlobal plc (the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, “ContourGlobal”) announced that it had reached agreement with Acciona Energía, S.A.U. (“Acciona Energía”) regarding the acquisition of Acciona Energía’s 250 MW portfolio of five 50 MW Concentrated Solar Power plants in South-West Spain (the “Acciona Termosolar Group”) (the “Proposed Acquisition”), ContourGlobal announces that the circular relating to the Proposed Acquisition (the “Circular”) has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will be sent to shareholders shortly.

The Circular contains a notice of a general meeting (the “General Meeting”) to approve the Proposed Acquisition. The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell London LLP on Tuesday, 10 April 2018 at 11.00 a.m. (London).
