Empowering the next generation of Talent

Young Professional Program

At ContourGlobal, our purpose, “The Right Power Forward,” drives us to create sustainable value through innovation and people. We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and that’s why we’ve launched our Young Professional Program, our entry pathway for early career professionals who want to power their future and lead the energy transition.

The Program offers junior professionals who have less than 2 years of experience the opportunity to develop themselves and build a lasting career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

The journey in ContourGlobal can start also with an internship experience for those who are still studying or have recently graduated and don’t have any working experience. Our internships provide a privileged channel to access junior positions, helping participants build a long-term career within the company as future leaders in the energy transition.

Once hired, they gain access to a structured development framework, targeted training programs grounded on our Leadership Model, and meaningful dialogues with senior leaders to have a complete understanding of the company and its functions.

Through our Young Professional Program, we aim to nurture our next generation of leaders, supporting their growth, encouraging their ambition, and empowering them to shape the future of energy.
