The Program offers junior professionals who have less than 2 years of experience the opportunity to develop themselves and build a lasting career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
The journey in ContourGlobal can start also with an internship experience for those who are still studying or have recently graduated and don’t have any working experience. Our internships provide a privileged channel to access junior positions, helping participants build a long-term career within the company as future leaders in the energy transition.
Once hired, they gain access to a structured development framework, targeted training programs grounded on our Leadership Model, and meaningful dialogues with senior leaders to have a complete understanding of the company and its functions.
