Our Leadership Team

Mr. Cammisecra is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ContourGlobal since February 2024.

Under the leadership of Mr. Cammisecra, the company has committed to speed up the decarbonization of its portfolio with a sustainable transition of its thermal fleet, the repowering of existing green power assets and the organic growth by an ambitious development of new renewable projects, commercialized through long term contracts and innovative PPAs.

Prior to joining ContourGlobal, Mr. Cammisecra was at Enel Group for more than 20 years and contributed to the expansion of Enel Green Power into a renewables supermajor as well as to accelerating the decarbonization of a power generation fleet with 84 GW managed in 20 countries.

He also led the Enel Grids business between 2020-2023 overseeing a portfolio of more than 2.2 million km of power distribution lines, across eight countries.

Mr. Cammisecra received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Naples, Italy and an Executive MBA from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy. 

Laurent joined ContourGlobal in June 2014 and currently serves as Global Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to this role, from 2018 to 2022, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO Thermal division, responsible for all the financial and commercial matters at our thermal power plants.

Between 2014 and 2018, Laurent has served as Senior Vice President and Group Controller, responsible among other tasks of the preparation and coordination of ContourGlobal’s financial statements. 

Before joining ContourGlobal, Mr. Hullo worked for 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris, in charge of the development of its capital market and accounting advisory services.

He graduated from ESSEC business school in France and earned the French diploma of chartered accountant. 

Carlo brings 28 years of experience in the electricity sector mainly, but not exclusively, in power generation in roles ranging from Business Development, to Operation and Maintenance and General Management.

For the last six years, he led the global business development for Enel Green Power where he managed a team overseeing growth in renewables, energy storage, green hydrogen as well as repurposing thermal sites phase out.

Prior to this he held the position of CEO in Enel Brasil, managing a business with four power distribution companies, 3 GW of renewables in operations and 1.3 GW of renewables under construction, as well as a CCGT plant. 

Fernando has over 25 years in the energy sector, with extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Americas region.

He was previously CEO of Grupo Cerro, a renewable energy platform based in Chile, and held senior positions as regional CFO in The Dorado Group, AES Corporation and also ContourGlobal, where he had a first stint from 2008 to 2011 before returning to the company in 2023. 

In his current role, Fernando is overseeing almost 2.9 GW of assets in operations across seven countries in the Americas region. His focus is on improving operations and achieving efficiencies to foster significant organic growth, but also strategic acquisitions, prioritizing low-carbon thermal and renewable projects.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina 

Walter joined ContourGlobal in May 2024 and currently serves as Global Chief Operating Officer.

Walter has 30 years of experience in the power sector previously working for ENGIE Group, developing an international career in Latin America, Asia Pacific and North America.

He held several positions in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering & Construction and HSE&Q as part of his responsibilities across conventional power generation, renewables, power transmission and gas transportation. His focus at ContourGlobal is on Operations and Maintenance of existing assets, on Engineering and Construction to support the strategic growth of renewable generation; and on Health, Safety and Environment as a core pillar of the company.

Walter holds a B.S in Engineering Sciences from University of Tarapacá, Chile with studies of Civil Electronic Engineer at the University of Tarapacá.  

Paola joined ContourGlobal as CHRO in October, bringing over 20 years of international experience in Human Resources with global multinational companies.

Having lived and worked in the USA, Romania, Argentina, and Italy, Paola adds relevant expertise across leadership, learning and development, employee communication, DEI, compensation and benefits, labor relations, organizational design, change management, culture and engagement, and HR analytics.

Paola will lead global HR initiatives to align ContourGlobal’s values with leadership practices, supporting the company’s sustainable growth also by leading our efforts in attracting, retaining, and empowering top talent worldwide. 

Anja joined ContourGlobal in January 2025 and currently serves as the Company’s General Counsel with responsibility of legal matters, including transactional, M&A, development, capital markets, corporate finance, governance, litigation, compliance and regulatory matters, including international trade, sanctions, and competition laws.She brings over 25 years of legal and leadership experience, including 15 years in the renewables industry, with extensive expertise in solar energy.

Throughout her career, Anja has led legal teams supporting business development across Europe, India, and APAC, while also serving as Chief Compliance Officer and championing diversity as chair of a Global Women’s Network. Recently, at First Solar, she has been instrumental in driving strategy, building strategic customer relationships, and advocating for a stronger renewable energy policy framework in Europe.Her professional background also includes working for renowned German banks, with deep expertise in Corporate & International Project Finance and Corporate Due Diligence. 

Javier adds more than 20 years of expertise in renewables, energy management and trading activities, in the context of international leadership positions across global and regional scopes.

He led Global PPA and Renewable Energy Solutions activity at Enel since 2016, ensuring the optimal offtake solutions to de-risk Enel’s growth in renewables.

He oversaw origination, structuring, pricing, and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements with corporates, utilities, and non-traditional off-takers.

During his tenure, almost 6 GW of PPAs were secured for new Wind and Solar capacity in USA, Latam, EMEA and APAC. 

Georgios joins with a multi-disciplinary background and  international experience in renewable energy.

Educated as a lawyer, he started his career in London where he then transitioned to banking and eventually to renewable energy during the early days of Enel Green Power.

He has led large renewable growth teams in Europe, South Arica and, latest, North & Central America. He also served as CEO of Tradewind Energy, one of the US’ largest and most successful renewable developers.

Pergamalis is known for delivering growth at large scale while operating in complex, cross-border environments. 

Frederik Haspel brings over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, focusing on the acquisition and development of energy projects across Europe and America.

He joined ContourGlobal in 2015 as a member of the M&A and Business Development team. Between 2019 and 2024, he served as Senior Vice President, responsible for acquisitions and development projects in Europe.

In his current role as Global Head of M&A, Frederik is responsible for the company’s strategic expansion efforts through operating and platform projects as well as the asset rotation program.

Prior to joining ContourGlobal, Frederik held positions at Raiffeisen Centrobank and Lazard. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration from TU Bergakademie Freiberg, as well as an MBA from Central European University.

Linda joined ContourGlobal in July 2024 as Global Head of Sustainability and brings over 20 years of global experience in senior executive positions developing and implementing technically effective, innovative, and community-based sustainable solutions for several international industrial organizations.

She is a Certified Sustainability Professional (CSR-P) and a long-standing Professional Geoscientist, with a career spanning across sectors including mining, financial institutions, oil & gas, forestry, energy, transportation, and Due Diligence/M&A. She will be focused on leading ContourGlobal’s Sustainability Strategy, integrating and embedding it with the company’s new business strategy, driving risk reduction, supporting operational excellence, and progressing value creation into the future. 

João has over two decades of experience in corporate communications, branding, and digital strategy across public and private sectors.

He joined ContourGlobal in June 2024 to steer the internal and external communications efforts to support the strategic transformation of the company. For the past 16 years he contributed to Enel’s multinational growth and expansion overseeing global and regional communications functions and leading the global rebranding of the Group. He also spearheaded communications for the power distribution business line, where he led the creation of communication and brand strategy for a spin-off company.

He graduated in Public Relations and Communication Management in Portugal and holds post-graduation degrees from Portuguese and Spanish universities.

He is a fellow of executive programs at Harvard University Kennedy School, SDA Bocconi and IESE Business School. 

In September 2025, Carlos will join ContourGlobal as the company’s Chief Procurement Officer, bringing with him over 15 years of extensive experience in the energy sector. With his extensive track record in developing and executing strategic procurement for large-scale projects, particularly within renewables such as solar, wind, and battery storage he will be responsible for leading all aspects of procurement, from early engineering and market analysis to tendering processes and negotiating major EPC and equipment contracts.

His professional background includes leadership positions at Statkraft and Solarcentury, where he oversaw all phases of project procurement. He also held a senior role at Galp Energía, where he led a team of specialists to meet ambitious quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Nadia  joined ContourGlobal in 2018 serving as Global Head of Assurance and Internal Audit.

In her current role, she reports to the group CEO and Board of Directors leading efforts to safeguard the company’s reputation and value through the development of a risk-based audit strategy and plan. 

With over 30 years of experience in audit, compliance, corporate governance, and investigations across diverse industries including logistics, technology, and manufacturing, Nadia brings extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence. Before ContourGlobal, she held senior leadership positions at Maersk, Oracle Inc., FCA, and Sun Chemical Inc. Her career began with a strong foundation in external auditing at KPMG Italy. Nadia holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School and a Degree of Economics from the University of Bologna, Italy.

She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
