We ensure growth with added value by taking over acquired projects, whether through M&A transactions involving assets under construction or late-stage BD deals, and overseeing their construction with our internal teams.
To meet rising clean power demand, we are upgrading wind and solar assets in Europe and Africa. Solar revamping replaces old components for the same capacity with less land and higher efficiency. Wind repowering installs larger turbines, reducing their number while boosting output. This is delivering results like Austria’s +66% annual wind energy increase, aiming to double by 2029.
Our Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Italy’s second-largest utility, which sources energy from repowered solar PV plants, showcasing the economic competitiveness of modern renewable technologies.
Sustainability is central to our repowering and revamping projects. We recover 97% of materials from decommissioned solar panels, including copper, silver, aluminum, and glass. Additionally, we reuse steel structures and upgraded inverters to minimize waste, and reduce visual and environmental impact by deploying fewer but more efficient wind turbines.
