Milan, July 22nd, 2025 – ContourGlobal, on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, has officially launched its global Employee Ownership Program (EOP)—a new initiative designed to recognize the vital contributions of all employees to the company’s growth and transformation, and to share in the long-term value created together.

Unveiled during a company-wide Town Hall by CEO Antonio Cammisecra, alongside representatives of sole shareholder KKR, the program is built on a simple yet powerful idea: those who contribute every day to building the company’s value should also share in the benefits that result. This principle reflects ContourGlobal’s sustainable commitment to generating shared value for all stakeholders and underscores the central role of its people—embodied in one of the company’s core values: “WE is our greatest asset.”

Program Overview

The Employee Ownership Program has been designed to be simple, inclusive, and accessible: all current and future employees will be automatically enrolled, with no upfront investment required. The program takes effect immediately and marks a significant milestone in ContourGlobal’s ongoing growth and transformation journey.

Upon the future exit of KKR — expected in approximately four to seven years — and subject to the achievement of the company’s value creation targets, each eligible participant will receive a financial award proportional to the growth in the company’s value, with no upper limit on the potential payout.

Commenting on the launch, CEO Antonio Cammisecra highlighted the importance of extending ownership schemes — typically reserved for senior leadership in private equity-owned companies — to the entire employee base:

The EOP launch is one of the key pillars in ContourGlobal’s broader strategy to create shared, sustainable value, aligned with KKR’s commitment and embedded in the company’s new corporate purpose: “The Right Power Forward.” This approach extends beyond employees to include local communities, partners, suppliers, and all other stakeholders involved in the company’s global operations.
