In July 2025, as we proudly celebrated our 20th anniversary, we launched the Employee Ownership Program (EOP): a milestone initiative that recognizes the vital role each of our colleagues plays in our journey of growth and transformation. With this program, every employee has the opportunity to share directly in the value we create together, strengthening not only our business but also the bond that unites us as one global team.

Simple, inclusive, and built for lasting impact

The EOP has been designed with one clear principle in mind: everyone matters. That is why all current and future ContourGlobal employees are automatically enrolled, with no upfront investment required. It is simple, transparent, and accessible to all. Over the course of four to seven years, once our shareholder KKR completes its exit and our value creation goals are achieved, each eligible participant will receive a financial award proportionate to the company’s growth.

This program is more than a financial benefit. It is a symbol of trust, empowerment, and shared purpose. By aligning the long-term interests of our people with the success of our business, we create a culture where ownership is not just about shares, it is about pride, accountability, and belonging.
