ContourGlobal Windpark Velm GmbH
Wind farm Velm is fully owned by ContourGlobal Wind Beteiligung GmbH. It comprises four Vestas V126 turbines with a total net capacity of 13.8 MW and an annual production of around 36 GWh. It is located 35 km north of Vienna, in the municipality of Velm-Götzendorf, and is connected to the medium-high voltage grid operated by the regional utility Netz Niederösterreich. Commercial operations began in January 2019.
