What Life at ContourGlobal means
In July 2025 we launched our Employee Ownership Program (EOP), a new initiative recognizing the contributions of each of our colleagues to the growth and transformation journey of the company.
The EOP is simple, inclusive, and immediate.
All current and future employees are automatically enrolled, with no upfront investment required. Within four to seven years, once our shareholder KKR exists and value creation targets are met, each eligible participants will receive a financial award proportional to the growth in the company’s value.
Launched during our 20th anniversary, the EOP reinforces ContourGlobal’s broader strategy to create long-term, sustainable value for all! It is another step to deliver on our new corporate purpose: “The Right Power Forward”.
