On 27 February 2018 ContourGlobal plc (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, "ContourGlobal"), announced it had entered into an agreement with Acciona Energía, S.A.U. ("Acciona Energía") regarding the acquisition of Acciona Energía's 250 MW portfolio of five 50 MW Concentrated Solar Power ("CSP") plants in South-West Spain (the " Acquisition").

Further to the announcement on 10 April 2018 that the Acquisition had been approved by ContourGlobal shareholders, the Company today is pleased to announce that the Acquisition has been completed.
