ContourGlobal develops, acquires and operates electric power and district heating businesses around the globe. We focus upon high-growth, under-served markets and innovative niches within developed markets.

We operate two primary business lines: an Independent Power Producer business that develops and operates large central generating stations that supply their power to national electrical grids and our ContourGlobal Solutions business which develops and operates innovative inside-the-fence combined heat and power facilities for multinational clients requiring dependable, highly efficient energy produced in a sustainable way.

Our ever-expanding portfolio of assets currently consists of 15 businesses in twelve countries on four continents employing close to 1,000 people. We have approximately 1,000 MW of electric generating capacity in operations or under construction and a broad pipeline of new opportunities of approximately 10,000 MW. We have experienced significant growth since we started in 2006. Our growth has been almost entirely organic - we develop, construct and operate our facilities, drawing upon deep internal capabilities in engineering, construction management, commercial structuring and financing.
